Consumers Verified provides services including a matching service that allows you to input your information once and receive quotes or calls from multiple people and organizations. These people or organizations provide a convenient, fast method for evaluating your options and making informed decisions. We do not offer or provide these counseling or financial services, and there is no charge to consumers for the use of our Services.
By using our Services and providing your personal contact information, you agree that one or more of the companies you are matched with may contact you by email, telephone, mail, or any other method of communication. You request and expressly consent to receive any telephone call — including autodialed or prerecorded calls to any telephone number including wireless numbers — which could result in charges to you, regardless of whether your contact information appears on any federal or state No Call Registry. You acknowledge that such consent is not a condition of purchase.
The providers are from companies or industries that may require licensing, bonding, registration, or other prerequisites in order to lawfully do business in your state. We encourage you to check with the appropriate agency to be certain any requirements are being met.
Should you have a dispute with any of Consumers Verified's matched suppliers or vendors, you must address such dispute to the supplier or vendor directly. By using this Site you agree to release Consumers Verified and its employees, agents, and affiliated entities from any damages or claims of every kind or nature arising out of or connected with such disputes.
3 Your Use of Consumers Verified Services
By entering your personal information and submitting it to Consumers Verified, you are entering into a business relationship with Consumers Verified, requesting that it distribute your information to its contracted marketing partners, and you expressly consent to be contacted by Consumers Verified, its employees, representatives, agents, and third-party contracted vendors with promotions and offers relating to your request — even if the entered telephone number is currently on a federal, state, or wireless Do Not Call list. You acknowledge that such consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your use of the Services is for the purposes provided therein and not for any other purpose including advertising or competitive intelligence. Consumers Verified has the right in its sole discretion to deny any request that is in violation of these Terms of Use.
If it is determined or suspected that you are misusing or attempting to misuse or circumvent the Services — including activities such as hacking, fraud, advertising, cartelling, or spamming — Consumers Verified reserves the right to immediately terminate your access without notice and to instigate appropriate legal actions or proceedings.
4 Information You Provide to Us
When using the Services, you will be prompted to disclose certain information about yourself. You promise that:

- You are at least 18 years of age
- All information you provide will be accurate, current, and truthful to the best of your knowledge
If you provide any information that is untrue, not current, or incomplete, Consumers Verified has the right to refuse you any current or future use of the Services. Your acceptance of these Terms of Use indicates that you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5 Your Use of Consumers Verified Content
Consumers Verified provides content including text, software, photographs, graphics, data, and other material ("Content") that is protected by copyright and other laws in both the United States and elsewhere. Consumers Verified authorizes you to view and download a single copy of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the written permission of Consumers Verified.
Use of Consumers Verified Content for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

7 Upgrades, Support & Notices
From time to time, Consumers Verified may send you information and offers about upgrades, documentation, special announcements, and other services. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can opt out by changing your notification preferences as described in our Privacy Policy.
Under no circumstances will Consumers Verified or any of its individuals or organizations have any obligation to provide you with upgrades, enhancements, modifications, or support for the Services provided. It is your responsibility to inform Consumers Verified of your choice not to receive emails or other contact.
8 No Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnification
Consumers Verified does not fully evaluate any company, organization, or individual, or their respective offers, that are accessible through this Site. While we use some care in selecting our associates and affiliates, we make no express or implied warranty or representation.
If any part of these warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable, Consumers Verified's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $50.00 or the amount paid by you to Consumers Verified.
You agree to indemnify Consumers Verified and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and co-branders and hold them harmless from any claims or demands, including attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the Services or your violation of the Terms of Use.
9 Governing Law
The laws of the State of California shall govern these Terms of Use without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
10 International Access
Our Site is provided from the United States of America and all servers that make it available reside in the U.S.A. The laws of other countries may differ regarding the access and use of the Site. We make no representations regarding the legality of this Site in any other country and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws outside of the U.S.A.
11 Binding Individual Arbitration; No Class Actions
11a Disputes That Must Be Arbitrated
This agreement applies to any "Dispute" between you and Consumers Verified arising out of your use of the Site, the Content, the Services, or these Terms of Use, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory.
Exceptions to arbitration: (i) small-claims court individual actions; (ii) government agency enforcement actions; (iii) actions to compel or uphold a prior arbitration decision; (iv) injunctive relief to preserve the status quo; (v) intellectual property infringement claims; (vi) proposed class or collective action settlement claims; (vii) enforceability of the individual arbitration requirement; and (viii) certain roles expressly specified for courts in these terms.
11b Informal Resolution
Before arbitration is filed, you and Company will make a good-faith effort to negotiate the resolution of any Dispute for at least 30 days ("Informal Resolution") from the day you or Company receive a written Notice of Dispute.

11c Small-Claims Court
Disputes that qualify for small-claims court in either the county where you live or in Los Angeles County, California may be brought as individual actions in such small-claims courts. You must attempt Informal Resolution before commencing arbitration, but you don't have to complete the Informal Resolution process before going to small-claims court.
11d Binding Individual Arbitration
Disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) according to the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act and the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the AAA, as modified by these Terms. All arbitrations must be conducted on an individual basis — no class action procedures are permitted.
The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to make all procedural and substantive decisions regarding any Dispute and to grant any remedy that would otherwise be available in court.
11e Arbitration Procedure & Location
For claims under $10,000, the arbitrator will decide on the basis of written submissions without a formal hearing. For $10,000 or more, hearings will be conducted by video or telephone unless an in-person hearing is necessary. If in-person and you reside in the U.S., the hearing will take place in Los Angeles County, California unless the arbitrator determines this would pose a hardship.

11f Consumer Arbitration Fees
If you are initiating arbitration against Company and the value of relief sought is $10,000 or less, Company will advance all filing, administrative, and arbitration costs imposed by the AAA (subject to reimbursement if the arbitration is found to be frivolous).
You and Company agree not to seek attorneys' fees and expert witness costs unless the arbitrator finds a claim or defense was frivolous or asserted for an improper purpose.
11g Coordinated Filings
If 25 or more similar Disputes are initiated and counsel for the claimants is the same or coordinated, these will be considered "Coordinated Cases" and handled through a bellwether process. If mediation after bellwether trials does not yield a global resolution, remaining claims may be filed only in the state courts in Los Angeles County, California or the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
11j Class Action Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Company will only bring disputes in an individual capacity and shall not seek to bring, join, or participate in any class or representative action, collective or class-wide arbitration, or consolidate individual proceedings without the express consent of all parties.
🔔 Your 30-Day Right to Opt Out
You have the right to opt out of the Binding Individual Arbitration provisions within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms. The class action waiver is not subject to opt-out.
