Insurance Customers & Job Applicants
Insurance Customers
If we process an insurance application for you, we will collect additional information including medical record numbers, Medicare beneficiary identifiers, and personal health and demographic information. We do not sell, share, or use for targeted advertising the personal information of our insurance customers for whom we process an insurance application.
Job Applicants
If you apply for a job with us, we may collect your full name, email, phone number, LinkedIn URL, work authorization status, resume, work experience, education, skills, professional licenses, reference information, gender, race, and veteran status (if voluntarily provided). This information is used only to evaluate your candidacy.
