good move by ferrariblue, 25 August 2022 the experience was incredible from start to finsih, the quote process was simple and efficeint. safe ship came through with every promose, the moving company they provided showed up on time, perfectly and safely packed and moved our entire household with ease and all of our items arrived at our new house on time in our new state. i didn't think it was possible for a company to make this cross country relocation so easy. i would definitely recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.

I called safe ship and they were able to get me picked up the very next day! They did an awesome job! There were no surprise fees or broken items, which was a relief. They even arrive ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend safe ship of you're planning a moving to another state.

Safe Ship Moving Services helped us transition our livelihood into another state with great ease. The representative that helped us, Kevin, is very personable and patient. He slowly explained all the services that the company has to offer. He answered all of our questions, made sure that we did not exceed our budget, and relaxed every concern that i had with making this decision.
The moving crew came on time, they wrapped and packed up all of my items, quickly moving one room at a time. They arrived with all the moving equipment and materials ready.The workers communicated with each other, how fragile items should be wrapped and placed on the boxes and then on the truck. The workers made sure that we were all on the same page on how we wanted my property handled with.
It only took 5 days to move a full household full of items from Maine to North Carolina.

Safe Ship promised me a guaranteed delivery date and time, and all of my items were delivered on time. I received all of my items in one delivery in less than one week, they said I should receive everything in 5 business days and it came in 4 regular days.
This company definitely surpassed my expectations.

I did not anticipate them protecting and preparing my items so well and was pleasantly surprised! To me this was a perfect balance of hustle and quality minded carefulness to keep costs effective for me as the customer. If I ever move again, I will only hire these guys!

On time by Lily Andrews, 10 February 2022 They hustled, wrapped all breakable furniture and items in blankets and plastic wrap and were very careful around doorways in both by apartment and house. Do yourself a favor and call Safe Ship! You won’t regret! 10 out of 10!

Services by Josefina Caron, 10 February 2022 I was not aware that they contract the moving service when Janice spoke to me. The moving company they hired is absolutely horrible,my things were picked up 1/7 and it is now 2/8 and still no goods. Every time I call, very unhelpful. This company is a scam, DO NOT hire them. They also tripled the quote I was given. Both Safe ship and moving company should be banned from operating.

Happily recommend or use again by Samuel Turnbull, 10 February 2022 They were on time, very respectful of our stuff and our house. They protected all our furniture & took very little breaks. I hope I don't move again, but if I do, Safe Ship will be my go to!

Absolute Torment and a Rip Off Scam by Jessie Hughes, 10 February 2022 If I could give negative stars I would. This was terrible customer service and a rip off scam. They quote you on made up sizes of items and have one person working to assist you with issues. They were not helpful and my move ended up being $3000 more than originally quoted. They did nothing to find a resolution. Absolutely terrible company and I will be filing a complainant to the better business bureau and possibly seeking legal action. Absolute no!!!

Staff at call center friendly and helpful; got through quickly. Driver listened to requirements and was friendly and efficient. Tracking was helpful and worked well.

Booking was simple and efficient. We were kept informed of progress throughout. The driver was very pleasant and helpful and our packages arrived safely in excellent condition.

Absolutely terrible at estimating by Andrew Heinrich, 10 February 2022 Move from New York to San Francisco. Quoted me at 370 cubic feet. Charged for 700 cubic feet. Cost went from ~ $3,100 to $4,700 for essentailly a studio apartment... Wish I just rented a uhaul to drive it myself. I will do it myself next time. Broker rep gave me a bunch of excuses, and said I was not allowed to inspect the truck, but did not offer pictures or video evidence to help understand by their estimation tool was so inaccurate:
"We can't stack your stuff" - everything except two of my items were stackable. I stacked everything when I moved from the Midwest to NYC. Your company just failed to properly pack, secure, and tie down everything
"You forgot to inventory items" - Wrong, I inventoried everything during my last move and current move, prior and after packing everything up
This was downright fraudlent and I haven't even gotten my items yet. I suspect there will be damaged and/or missing items. I am calling a lawyer to open a case against Safe Ship Moving. Absolutely unacceptable.

Move from New York to San Francisco. Quoted me at 370 cubic feet. Charged for 700 cubic feet. Cost went from ~ $3,100 to $4,700 for essentailly a studio apartment... Wish I just rented a uhaul to drive it myself. I will do it myself next time.
