California’s top 5 most luxurious cities, nobody knows about.

Tons of people are still coming to California because of jobs, family, weather, whatever reason people have, they’re making their way to the golden state. This post is going to list some of the most luxurious cities in the state of California that you probably do not know. Also will give you some stats that make these towns or cities a good option to live in.
Fifth place goes to Irvine. Irvine is a nice city south of Los Angeles and Orange County. They’re just inland from Costa Mesa in the Pacific Ocean, it’s about a 20 minute drive to the water. The crime rate in Irvine is 45 percent lower than the national average and the schools get really high grades. They have a few golf courses and plenty of things to do and that helps give the city of Irvine a livability score of 83. Nowadays it’s kind of gotten crowded there, however it’s still a really nice place to live.
Number four Palos Verdes Estates. It’s on the Palos Verdes peninsula with a majority of the city on a hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Some of it tucks inland along the border of Torrance but a majority of this city is on a hillside just staring at the ocean, a lot of the homes there have ocean views. If golf, tennis, swimming pools and luxurious lifestyle is your type of place, Palos Verdes Estates is just waiting for you. The crime is 72% below the national average and the schools are all solid now. It gets an 84 livability score.
3rd place goes to La Canada Flintridge. La Canada Flintridge is its real name but people just call it La Canada. It is located on the western edge of Southern California San Gabriel valley and is where NASA’S JPL jet propulsion laboratory is. Other than NASA types you have entertainment industry types living there, Kevin Costner, Vince Vaughn, Adam Carolla and Miley Cyrus had homes there at some point. La Canada has a livability score of 84, they have great schools and the crime rate is 33 percent lower than the national average. This is a great place to live.
Number two Pacific Grove. It is a coastal city in Monterey County, it’s right there near the Monterey Bay and not too far from Fisherman’s Wharf. As far as beach communities go, this is one of the best ones California has to offer. Their crime rate is 53% lower than the national average, schools are good and they have plenty of things to do in decent weather, when the Monterey fog doesn’t come rolling in. Pacific Grove has a livability score of 85. You don’t see anything under $800.000 but it is a really nice community with great views right there on the ocean.
Number 1 Laguna Beach. Just south of Los Angeles you have Laguna Beach. People love this place and they always talk about moving down to Laguna, it is a nice expensive beach community. Just to give you an idea how expensive, the median home price is 653% higher than the national average, it costs a bit to own a home there. The reason it costs so much is because it’s so nice, the crime rate here is 36 percent lower than the national average. Of course it has amazing weather and really good schools.
